Our Goal
The International Competition for Entrepreneurs (ICE) is an international, intercollegiate entrepreneurship event with a competition, insightful business conference and dynamic innovation expo. It connects entrepreneurs, educators, and investors from across the world to foster innovation, collaboration, and investment for the development of groundbreaking ideas.
What We Do
International Competition for Entrepreneurs (ICE)
The ICE signature event will host founders, accelerators, competition organizers, fund managers and business enthusiasts June 9-12, 2025 in Montego Bay, Jamaica
As the cultural and commercial cornerstone of the Caribbean, Jamaica will be the epicenter of entrepreneurial energy by serving as the destination host for ICE 2025.
Prizes
ICE will give out $20,000 in cash and numerous prizes to be won. The main event is the competition consisting of business plan/business modeling and oral presentation.
Other events are a case competition and an elevator pitch competition awarding winners with cash and prizes.
Contestants / participants
ICE aims to educate students on launching viable ventures through feedback from judges during friendly competition to increase the number of students launching ventures upon graduation.
Students representing universities from around the globe will participate in this event.

ICE will be held at UWI Western Campus in Montego Bay, Jamaica on June 9-12, 2025.
ICE is open to undergraduate students from around the world. Attendees, sponsors, judges and vendors are welcomed.

ICE 2025 Goals & Overview
- To help students launch viable businesses via feedback from judges during friendly competition
- ICE also aims to facilitate cultural exchange and collaboration between students and faculty from various nations.
- ICE Teams: It’s made up of 2-4 students. Faculty supervisor encouraged to attend but not required.
**** Note: 1 student can attend ICE, but 2-4 team members are encouraged.***** - ICE Dates: June 9-12, 2025
- Students arrive by 4:00 PM on June 9th for welcome and orientation.
- Optional feedback round 10:00 AM-3:00 PM for those arriving prior to welcome reception and orientation.
- June 10th & 11th Competition. Awards Ceremony-on night of June 11th.
- June 12th Tour of Jamaica, cultural museums, educational tours, site seeing and more.

ICE HISTORY
Formerly the Global Student Business Plan Competition (GSBPC), the International Competition for Entrepreneurs (ICE) is an International Intercollegiate Business Plan/Business Modeling Competition, Business Expo, and Business Conference for aspiring undergraduate student entrepreneurs.
ICE will be attended by leaders throughout Academia, Business, and even Government. ICE will be carried to the public via television, radio, Internet, Digital and more.
